These terms govern your use of peohradvisors.com (the “site”), operated by PEO HR Advisors. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

PEO HR Advisors provides general information about PEOs, ASOs and HR outsourcing, an independent PEO directory, and the option to request a consultation.

Information only, not professional advice

Content on the site is general information. It isn't legal, tax, accounting, benefits or insurance advice, and it doesn't create a client, fiduciary or agency relationship unless we agree to one in a separate written engagement. Confirm decisions with qualified professionals.

Accuracy of PEO information

We work to keep prices, certifications and terms accurate and show the date we last checked them. PEOs change prices and terms without notice, and many don't publish them, so figures marked as estimates come from third-party sources. Always confirm details with the provider before signing anything.

Third-party providers

PEOs and other providers are independent companies. We don't control and aren't responsible for their products, services, pricing, contracts or conduct. Your agreement with any provider is between you and that provider.

Compensation

Some providers pay us when a business we introduce signs with them. This doesn't change which providers we list or how we order them. See our methodology.

Requests you submit

When you submit a request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're authorized to share it for your business. You agree that we may share it with the providers you approve.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site or its data without written permission.
• Don't submit false information, spam or someone else's details.
• Don't interfere with the site's security or operation.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, data compilations and branding belong to PEO HR Advisors or its licensors. Product and company names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEO HR Advisors isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any provider. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
