Privacy policy

This policy explains how PEO HR Advisors (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use peohradvisors.com. We collect as little as we need, we don't sell your personal information, and analytics cookies load only if you agree.

Information you give us

When you submit a consultation request, we collect what you enter: company name, your name, work email, phone (optional), employee count, states, industry, current HR setup, the PEOs you're interested in, your message, and your consent choice.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule a consultation.
• With your permission, to introduce you to PEOs or other providers you choose to consider.
• To keep records of requests and consent, and to prevent spam and abuse.

Some PEOs pay us when a business we introduce signs with them. We share your request only with the providers you agree to, at your direction.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and which tools you use (for example, quiz steps or comparison selections). We configure it with Google signals and ad personalization turned off.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Strictly necessary: we store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) load only after you click “Accept analytics.” If you reject, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they don't load.

You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

Who we share information with

• Providers you choose: PEOs or other HR providers you ask us to introduce you to.
• Service providers: Netlify (hosting and form storage) and Google (analytics, if you consent; fonts), who process data on our behalf.
• Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect rights, safety or the integrity of the site.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we must keep them longer by law. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (14 months).

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out. To make a request, email privacy@peohradvisors.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for using your rights.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use HTTPS and reputable providers, and limit access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We'll post updates here and change the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
